Basic Rules:
1. Your site must be HQ.
2. HQ Freewebs, etc sites are accepted. No forums, piczo, blogs or pagebuilder sites.
3. No sites with stolen or inappropriate content. (hate, porn, racist, etc)
4. Your site must be fully coded before applying.
5. You must link us back FIRST, in the same position you are applying for.
6. If your site is in a different language, You must have an English version also.

Elite:
- Our link must be visible on every page of your site, under elite.
- If you have an affiliates page, we must be located on there AND on under the elite section of your site.
- We must be linked BEFORE you apply.
- You must have atleast 200+ unique hits daily.

Top:
- Your top affiliates must be either a text link, drop down menu, or a picture link (the picture must be of Miley, please don't use a random picture).
- My link must be visible on every page of your site.
- We must be linked BEFORE you apply.
- You must have atleast 100 unique hits daily.

Regular:
- You must link us back with one of our link back buttons (or a text link is fine).
- We must be listed on your affiliates page.
- We must be linked BEFORE you apply.
- You must have atleast 15 unique hits daily.
